4. Im guessing you mean write the sentence from 2 and conjucate it into Affirmat. If so, it would be: Were we at the cinema last night?
If that’s not what it meant, some examples would be: What are we eating for lunch?
At what time did we start class?
If a sentence is an affirmat, it is a question.
