Intersecția a celor două grafice sunt pur si simplu egalitatea lor:

f(x)=g(x)

x^2+4x=5x+2

x^2+4x-5x-2=0

x^2-x-2=0

(x+1)(x-2)=0

1)x1=-1

2)x2=2

Deci punctul de intersecție M(-1,2)
