First of all, I would organize a '' Let's make our Neighborhood friendly '' week. Where everyone that participates for 7 days by helping us to make our neighborhood more clean and good looking is paid, and can choose to not go to work in order to help us.
But, without organisation, and someone to give instructions, we won't be able to do much, so, I would decide to create a team. Some trustworthy people that can lead others on what they should do.
The first few days, it would be cleaning up days. We are going to pick up all the trash on the streets, and even pressure wash with water everything (because it is a great technique to make everything look brand new), from houses to fences to the streets etc.
I would propose that, if there is something that we can paint, we should do it. And if there's some graffitis that look horrible, we change them with street art. Another thing would be, to '' green up'' the place, plant some trees, and a lot of flowers, herbs and bushes. It would make everything more colorful and basically make everything look great again. It should help a lot, and I know that everyone would love it.
