I think every city have a good transport lines , from example , in Cluj Napoca , we have a bus line , they are driving on all streets , you can easy go with them , they cost 2.5lei , the ticket is valabile an hour , they have separate lines on the streets to move faster in traffic than cars , you also can have a free subscription at CTP ( Compania de transport public) if u are over 50 or if u are a student , personally i recommend this transport way.
