Well to begin with the pros I really think everyone should keep themselves fit because our health matters the most .We need to be healthy so we can do homework ,and other activities so we really need to work out .But if we don’t have we can always find some between our breaks .But on the other hand I don’t think there are a lot of cons but I think one cons is that keeping fit and working out really needs a lot of time and if you have a really long schedule it’s really hard to find some space between it .
