Our water comes from rivers and lakes. Climate collapse is one of the biggest factors causing water shortages. We don’t just drink water. We wash in it, clean it, and use it to produce everything from clothes to food. The production of crops, including livestock feed and biofuels, puts tremendous pressure on freshwater supplies.
How can we help? By turning off the taps when brushing our teeth, switching to an efficient showerhead and showering with less water, and washing a full machine load of clothes. Save the planet!
