The three ways local town councils can improve the local community are:
1) building more parks/green spaces so the population has a nice place to hang out and enjoy themselves.
2) improving old buildings, so that the population can buy those buildings and repurpose them.
3) listening to the population so that they know what they want. For example: if the population wants a hospital, the council should invest in one.
