1. Depends on the site. For example, Amazon is a safe place, many people bought things from that site, so it's safe. But some sites, I can't give you examples right now, are dangerous. Their ip address is sketchy and their descriptions of products are too fancy sometimes, or a picture of the product isn't shown, and the paying methode is not safe.
2. Of course. I agree. Some things shouldn't really be on regular people's hands. Like nuclear weapons, some medicine, different substances and so on.
3. I disagree. If you want to make money from online work you should have a physical work place, like some online sites(emag.ro) where your buyers can pick up the product they ordered. And this needs a lot of work, so no easy money from just working online. You need to create/obtain a product before selling it.
