Old people live hard at country and nobody can help because their child go to live in city and visit their parents when they can. They easily can get cold infected and much more and need suport.
In cities should be a special place where they can start their new life. Or make in their country more shops because when they dont have bread they should walk 30 min. of their life. Best varriant is to make their country a eco city and they will have more jobs and will get more money.
