b)  3x/21 = 2y/8 z/9 = (3x-2y+z)/(21-8+9) = 11/22 = 1/2 ⇒x=7/2   y=2 z=9/2  c) (x/7)² =(y/4)² =(z/9)² ⇒ x²/49 = y²/16 = z²/81 = 1314/146 = 9  ⇒ x²=9·49 ⇒ x=63   y²=16·9  y = 12    z² = 81·9   z = 27
