The best day of my life
It happened on a Thursday. After weeks of hanging around various
medical offices, I had reached the bottom. My dog, Daisy was terminally ill and
nobody knew the diagnosis. I had classes until late, and afterwards my dancing
practice. I was eager to see Daisy because I wanted to soothe her pain. By the
time I got home I was exhausted. I ring the bell, and while I’m expecting for
my parents to open the door, I see Daisy, she was jumping happily in the
courtyard. I could not believe my eyes. She was wagging her tail, happy to see
me, after a long day. Her disease suddenly fell into remission. There have been
three years since that day, the best day of my life and Daisy is as playful and
healthy as ever.
