S=√p(p-a)(p-b)(p-c)

p=(a+b+c)/2=  (14+16+18)/2=48/2= 24

S=√24(24-16)(24-14)(24-18)
=√2³*3 * 8 * 10 * 6=
=√2³ * 3 * 2³ * 2*5* 2*3=
=2³*2*3√5
=16*3√5
=48√5

r=48√5/24=  2√5
